Considered as a whole, all online channels in Europe make the current industry standard for online insurance. Europe´s industry standard on average is currently at a level of 2.2 offered tools, Europe´s best practice (top 3 channels) is 5.0. In total, UK is in the leading group, in some countries, however, “up selling” is not an issue so far.
