
Dr. Johannes Ospald
Chairman
After completing his studies at the University of Linz and Vienna, Austria, Johannes started his career as a Co-founder & Managing Consultant Partner in Prague, Czech Republic, in 1992. He followed multiple international companies with their market entry into the Central & Eastern European (CEE) markets as well as conducted consulting tasks in the areas of strategy development, process & change management and sales & marketing. Among his many clients were Volkswagen, OMV, Miele, Nestle, Coca-Cola, REWE, Celesio Group.
In 2000, Johannes took over the position of CMO for the CEE region for the Generali Holding Vienna. He was responsible for CRM, marketing and direct sales in 10 countries and created significant new business, cost efficiencies and numerous international best practices, awarded in Brussels with the EURO EFFIE (Oscar of Advertising Efficiency).
In 2007, he took over the responsibility as Head of Direct Channels for Generali Austria and was appointed to the Global Group Competence Centre for Direct Channels in Trieste, Italy.
Since 2010, he is Co-founder, Partner and Chairman at MOUNT ONYX and since 2014 he also founded his own property development company.

Thomas Krennbauer

After completing his studies at the University of Linz, Austria, Thomas started his career with the Coca-Cola East Central Europe Division in Vienna in 1991. He held various marketing positions with Coca-Cola in Austria and Poland until he took over the position of Managing Director for the Coca-Cola Adriatic Region in Zagreb, Croatia.
In 2000, he returned to Coca-Cola in Poland as Managing Director until he joined the Coca-Cola Nordic & Baltics Division in Copenhagen, Denmark, as CMO for 8 markets, assuming responsibility for an annual marketing budget of 70 MM €, and being the Managing Director for the Baltics.
In 2004, Thomas joined Lindt & Sprüngli Austria where he held the position of Managing Director.
Since 2010, he is Co-founder and Partner at MOUNT ONYX and since 2012 CEO at the water company Devin JSC in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Franz Amesberger
Partner
After his studies of information technology and business administration at the University of Linz, Austria, Franz started his career as Managing Consultant in 1986.
In 1997 he became Associate Partner and Partner of Trust Consult in Vienna. At this time, he found the technology evaluation center CBI (Competence in Business Intelligence).
In 2006, Franz founded TCI Consult and became Managing Partner. With offices in Vienna, Frankfurt and London, TCI Consult is an independent technology management company providing evaluations and implementations of system landscapes with main experience in financial services and consumer goods. Franz is a dedicated author and member of the expert advisory committee of the journal BI Spectrum and Chairman of the Data Warehousing Institute in Austria, the premier international educational institute for business intelligence and data warehousing.
Since 2010, he is member of the MOUNT ONYX Advisory Board and since 2019 also a Partner.

Dr. Harald Mayer-Rönne
After completing his education at the University of Graz, Austria, Harald started his career with the Allianz Group, where he became Regional Director in 1985.
Until 2002, he held various positions with Generali Group as Founding Chairman & CEO for the Providencia Insurance in Hungary as well as Generali Insurance in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic and Poland.
In 2002, Harald founded his own management consultant company. He held various positions as Founding Chairman, Board member and CEO for the Post Insurance in Hungary and the Wüstenrot Insurance in the Czech Republic and consulted, among others, the Talanx Group and the W&W Group across different geographies. Currently, he is mainly involved in consulting the management of GrECo International Holding AG.

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Jörg Finsinger
Jörg holds various Academic Degrees in Physics, Mathematics, Economics and Business from British, US, German and Swiss Universities. He held professorial positions at University of Bern, University of Luneburg, University of California, Tongij University in Shanghai, University of Miami and University of Hohenheim-Stuttgart.
Since 1990, he is Professor at the University of Vienna and until 2015 he holds the position of Chair of Financial Services. He is Member of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, Member of the Academy of Insurance, Co-founder of the Finance and Ethics Academy in Austria and Consultant for Government organizations in Brussels, Bonn, New York, Bern and Vienna, Research Grants from DFG, Anglo-German Foundation, German Marshall Fund and Thyssen Foundation. He has also held board positions in several companies. Most recently, he developed an automated Forex Trading system and he is an expert in the valuation of Life Settlements. He is the author of 14 books as well 160 articles and essays on incentive schemes and the distribution & sales of financial services products.
Since 2016, he is Academic Head of the Modul University Campus in Dubai, UAE.

Nga Le
Nga studied business administration, majoring in insurance economics, risk management and financial accounting at the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, Germany. After completing her studies, she started her career at Munich Re in 2008 in underwriting for property treaty businesses for South East Asia and the Greater China region.
In 2011, she joined Controller Akademie in Germany as a trainer, leading training in strategic and operative controlling. Since 2012, Nga has also worked on freelance assignments in the fields of Solvency II, reinsurance and cross-culture management for executives.
Since 2015, she set up the successful insurance Pangea-Life. Since 2016, she is Associate Partner at Munich Capital Partners GmbH and also Co-Founder of the Blockchain Training Academy in Munich. Since 2018, she founded the global education service EDUBAO.

Christoph Kornberger
Christoph studied business administration and law at the University of Salzburg and Innsbruck, Austria. After completing his studies he started his career at Philips in 1995 where he held various positions in Human Resource Management and Sales & Marketing.
In 1998, he joined Mercuri Urval, an international management consultancy, where he held the positions of Principal and Deputy Country Manager.
Since 2008, Christoph is Managing Partner of Albrecht Business Coaching GmbH in Vienna, a consultancy focused on Executive Search and Leadership Development.
