Dr. Johannes Ospald
CEO
After completing his studies at the University of Linz and Vienna, Austria, and after the fall of the Iron Curtain, Johannes started his career as Co-founder & Managing Consultant Partner in Prague, Czech Republic, in 1992. He followed multiple international companies with their market entry into the Central & Eastern European (CEE) markets, such as Volkswagen, OMV, Miele, Nestle, Coca Cola, REWE, Celesio Group and Generali.
In 2000, Johannes sold his company shares and joined Generali Holding Vienna, where he held various senior positions, including CMO for the CEE region. He was responsible for CRM, marketing and direct sales in 10 countries and created significant new business, cost efficiencies and numerous international best practices across Europe. He was also awarded in Brussels with the prestigious EURO EFFIE.
Since 2010, Johannes founded his own real estate development company in Salzburg and is Co-founder & CEO at MOUNT ONYX in Linz, now fully committed to our new international InsurTech project.
Bernhard Grabner
CTO
Bernhard studied mathematics, physics and economics at the University of Linz and is specialized on data driven analytics and digital marketing. In 2000 he started his career as the Head of online marketing of the international start up Time4Team, building the user base and community around a messenger service. In 2004 he founded the consultancy Kepler Solutions in Linz and became CEO, offering mainly market research and statistics services.
In 2010 Bernhard founded the digital agency Signal, focused on programmatic advertising, and took over the position of CEO. Since 2018 he is member of the MOUNT ONYX Advisory Board and since 2020 Co-founder & CTO of our new InsurTech project, leading a team of internal and external IT, data science and AI experts.

Thomas Krennbauer
After completing his studies at the University of Linz, Austria, Thomas started his career with the Coca-Cola Company East Central Europe Division in Vienna, Austria, in 1991. During his 13-year tenure with the company, Thomas held various senior marketing and managing director positions across Northern as well as Central & Eastern Europe, among them CEO for Poland and Division Marketing Director for 8 Scandinavian & Baltic markets.
In 2004 Thomas joined Lindt & Sprüngli Austria where he held the position of CEO (including Poland).
In 2012 Thomas took over the position of CEO in a portfolio company owned by Advent International, a leading, global Private Equity firm. Thomas restructured the company and accelerated the profitability of Bulgaria’s leading bottled water company and led the successful exit. Further, Thomas supported Advent International as industry advisor in several M&A projects. After the successful exit, Thomas stayed with the new owner, the Belgian Spadel Group, as a member of the Company’s Executive Committee.
Since 2020, he took over the position of General Manager of CCHBC Switzerland at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company.
Since 2010, he is also Co-founder and Partner of MOUNT ONYX.
Franz Amesberger
After his studies of information technology and business administration at the University of Linz, Austria, Franz started his career as Managing Consultant. In 1997 he became Associate Partner and Partner of Trust Consult in Vienna. At this time, he found the technology evaluation center CBI (Competence in Business Intelligence).
In 2006, Franz founded TCI Consult and became Managing Partner. With offices in Vienna, Frankfurt and London, TCI Consult is an independent technology management company providing evaluations and implementations of system landscapes with main experience in financial services and consumer goods. Franz is a dedicated author and member of the expert advisory committee of the journal BI Spectrum and Chairman of the Data Warehousing Institute in Austria, the premier international educational institute for business intelligence and data warehousing.
Since 2010, he is member of the MOUNT ONYX Advisory Board and since 2019 also a Partner.
Nga Le
Nga studied business administration, majoring in insurance economics, risk management and financial accounting at the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, Germany. After completing her studies, she started her career at Munich Re in 2008 in underwriting for property treaty businesses for South East Asia and the Greater China region.
In 2011, she joined Controller Akademie in Germany as a trainer, leading training in strategic and operative controlling. Since 2012, Nga has also worked on freelance assignments in the fields of Solvency II, reinsurance and cross-culture management for executives.
Since 2015, she set up the successful insurance Pangea-Life. Since 2016, she is Associate Partner at Munich Capital Partners GmbH and also Co-Founder of the Blockchain Training Academy in Munich. Since 2018, she founded the global education service EDUBAO.
